There are known issues where you only can make an assumption that the visitor is unique or not.. based on rules like, if he visits the page twice within 30 secs its one unique visit, whereas its 2 unique visits if time difference is greater than 30 secs, as logically thinking, if its a browsing cafe, the same computer could have been used to see your webpage again.
 Like discussed there are 100 many ways to learn visitor stats, and possibly many parameters can be determined about the time of the visit, except knowing whether its male/female, or what's his/her name, unless you have a webpage and ask them to enter that honestly.
